CRIMINAL LAW
Extradition: Figure and institution of international law, which is implemented between States as part of an International Treaty; with the purpose of carrying out the assistance or collaboration for the delivery of a person who is located within the requested State and who has the quality of an accused, prosecuted or accused of a crime, to be delivered to the requesting State, so that such person can be submitted to trial.
Sentence Enforcement: Function of the jurisdictional organ, in which it applies or executes the sanctions imposed on the accused in a criminal sentence and which must safeguard the dignity of said person, through its strict Policy, the International Treaties on Human Rights and special laws.
Criminal Compliance: Legal figure that encompasses the implementation of systems for the prevention, detection and solution of crimes committed by legal entities in order to have a model that provides visibility and control over the criminal liability in which they may incur.
