Participation in all types of lawsuits, such as ordinary, executive, mortgage, eviction, alimony, divorce and marital separation, inheritance, injunctions to retain or recover possession, to suspend execution of new construction, prevention of risks or ruin and litigation in general, whether of the common or federal order, including the preparation of trials, the proposition and presentation of evidence, the filing of third parties and incidents, the execution of judgments, the enforcement of judgments and the filing of all kinds of appeals.

Intervention in lawsuits and claims to conciliate and reach settlements or agreements that put an end to the lawsuit or claim in question, as well as participating in alternative instances for the solution of conflicts.

Formulation of constitutive, declaratory, confessional, condemnation, contrary, determinative or supplementary, executive, precautionary, joint, mixed, preservative, exhibition, redhibitory, estimatory, negatory, oblique, revocatory, direct and indirect actions, as well as exchange actions, division of co-ownership, illicit enrichment, repetition of the undue, and petition for inheritance.

Contesting of claims, opposing exceptions of set-off, connexity, division, excusion, lack of procedural capacity, lack of compliance with the condition or term, lack of personality, expiration of the instance, statute of limitations, lis pendens, obscurity or defect of the claim, excessive request and personal, real, procedural, contradictory, contrary, mixed, counterclaims, supervening, changes in the petition, agreed transaction, res judicata, and substantive law exemptions.

Participation in commercial bankruptcy proceedings; coordination of judicial proceedings with conciliators, trustees, intervenors and creditors; assistance in the separation of assets, inventories and balance sheet, administration, realization and distribution of assets, recognition and grading of credits, and in general any aspect related to conciliation and bankruptcy.

Filing, opposition and processing of constitutional, civil, commercial, labor, tax and administrative appeals.

Filing and answering lawsuits, requesting and obtaining the suspension of the challenged act, indicating the responsible authorities and injured third parties, attention to the inadmissibility and dismissal, promotion in the instruction and execution of sentences, as well as advice in relation to constitutional controversies and actions of unconstitutionality.
